We use the contact details, delivery address, order information and support messages you provide to process purchases and help with enquiries. Personalization may include a child’s name, photo and story preferences. Only submit information you are authorized to share.

Photos and personalization

Photos and personalization details are stored securely and processed to create previews and stories. This can involve service providers that generate illustrations or host files. Please avoid uploading unnecessary personal information.

Payments and service providers

Payment details are processed by our payment provider. Liloxi uses payment references and status to manage orders. Hosting, story-generation, email and delivery providers process information needed for their part of the service.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, carts and preferences such as language and country. Our Cookies policy explains these functions and your browser controls.

Retention and your requests

Preview data is retained for 30 days. Your child’s photo is kept beyond that period only if you explicitly agree to its retention for future Liloxi promotions and free personalized previews.

This consent is optional and can be withdrawn by emailing [email protected]. You can also request access, correction or deletion of your information.

Order records may need to be retained to fulfil orders, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations; the preview retention period does not apply to those records.

Children and policy changes

The shop is intended for adults ordering for children. A parent, guardian or other authorized adult should provide a child’s information. Contact us if information was supplied without permission. We update this page when our practices change.
