This Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase and delivery of products through the Liloxi platform (“Liloxi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.


1. Shipping & Fulfillment

1.1 Worldwide Shipping

Liloxi offers worldwide shipping through a network of independent third-party printing and logistics providers.

1.2 Production Locations

Orders are produced at the most suitable third-party print facility based on the customer’s delivery address and operational availability. Current production regions may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  2. United States (North Carolina)
  3. Europe (Prague, Czech Republic)

Liloxi reserves the right to change production locations at its sole discretion without prior notice.


2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and submitted for production within two (2) business days following successful payment confirmation.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on:

  1. Destination country
  2. Shipping method selected
  3. Seasonal demand, public holidays, customs clearance, and carrier operations

All delivery timeframes shown during checkout are estimates only. Customers are responsible for reviewing the estimated delivery date displayed at checkout before completing their purchase.


3. Shipping Methods & Fees

  1. Available shipping methods and costs depend on the customer’s country and address.
  2. Shipping options and applicable fees are calculated and displayed during checkout.
  3. All shipping fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Policy.

4. Third-Party Carrier Disclaimer

Liloxi relies on independent third-party printers and shipping carriers to fulfill and deliver orders.

Accordingly:

  1. Liloxi does not guarantee delivery dates
  2. Liloxi is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, customs holds, or damages caused by third-party providers
  3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier

Liloxi may, at its discretion, assist customers in filing claims with third-party providers but does not assume liability for such claims.


5. Cancellations & Refunds

All Liloxi products are custom-made and personalized, and therefore subject to the following cancellation and refund conditions.

5.1 Cancellation Before Shipping

If an order is canceled before it is shipped or sent to production, the customer is entitled to a refund of 50% of the total order value, including:

  1. Product price
  2. Shipping fees
  3. Applicable taxes

5.2 Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped or submitted for production:

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued


6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their personalized nature, all Liloxi products are:

  1. Non-returnable
  2. Non-exchangeable
  3. Non-refundable once shipped

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Liloxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to shipping delays, carrier issues, or third-party fulfillment failures.
