Using the shop
Place orders as an adult able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact and order details and keep your account credentials secure. Do not misuse the website or attempt to access another person’s account or orders.
Personalization and uploaded content
Only upload photos and text you have permission to use, including appropriate permission for a child’s information. You allow Liloxi and the providers involved in fulfilment to process that content to create and deliver your order. Do not upload unlawful or harmful material.
Products, orders and payment
Review the product description, format, language, personalization and total displayed at checkout before paying. A digital product, printed book and gift box have different fulfilment steps. Keep your confirmation and contact support if any details are incorrect or a payment issue occurs.
Gifts and redemption
Follow the instructions supplied with a gift or redemption code. The included product and redemption conditions are those provided with that purchase. Keep codes private and contact support if a code does not work.
Use of stories
Stories and illustrations are protected by intellectual property rights. Purchasing a product permits personal reading and gifting; it does not grant commercial reproduction or distribution rights.
Delivery, problems and consumer rights
Our Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds policies explain fulfilment and how to request help. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection law. For questions or complaints, contact [email protected].
